I’m physically fit but I want to improve my posture but I couldn’t decide if yoga or pilates is more convenient for me. Everyone around tells me to take pilates lessons but they have no experience. So I want to take advice from those who’s experienced
at least one of yoga or pilates: I’m not a very sports-like person, which one is easier and more suitable for me?
I used to do pilates and yes it is more difficult than yoga.Yoga is basically meditating and not a lot of work gets done so I recommend pilates if you want to exercise. Sometimes it’s also fun
